At MoonPie General Stores, we want you to be over the moon with your purchase, but due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise or damaged goods. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need a return or replacement.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the affected product to your initial email.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for non-food items.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item or verify the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
